About the Club
One does not have to play an instrument or sing, just appreciate and love music. When one joins the Thursday Morning Music Club (TMMC), they also become part of the Virginia Federation of Music Clubs (VFMC) as well as the National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC), our parent organization. The club encourages and promotes music and dance student clubs for young people of all ages and also provides cash awards and college scholarships. The club meets on various days depending on the program, either Thursday morning, Saturday or Sunday afternoon, October through May except January.
